We will be performing brief maintenance of our back end systems. We expect downtime to last 5-10 minutes as we migrate some infrastructure.
During this time, the following functionality may not be available via the Console or the API:
- Adding new products, adding devices to a product, or adding team members to a product
- Setting SIM data limits
- Monitoring SIM data consumption and event thresholds
- Activation / deactivation of SIM cards
If you encounter any issues, we suggest waiting a few minutes and attempting the action again.
