Our telephony provider will be updating their hosted management systems. During this time, SIM setup, SIM management, and SIM billing features may be impacted. Cellular connectivity for SIMs will not be affected, and wi-fi devices are not impacted either.
During the maintenance window, the following features will be partially unavailable:
- Setup of new SIMs or deactivation of any existing SIMs
- Auto-pause of SIMs when they hit a data cap
- Display of the most recent billing data in Console UI sparklines
All existing cellular (and wi-fi) devices will maintain connectivity without interruption.
