We have been informed that the ISP in question has taken action and restored service.

One note: parts of New Zealand were also impacted due to shared infrastructure.

We have confirmed the issue is related to regional ISP issues. Particle's services are intact, but this notice will be left up for informational purposes until we see recovery from the ISPs in question.

Investigating

We are current investigating a WiFi outage limited to a few service providers in Australia. All signs point to a regional ISP issue.
