We are still seeing elevated SIM state management times for the SKUs above, but the length of these delays is decreasing (to around 20 minutes or so at present).

Identified

We have identified SIM state management delays on behalf of a network partner. E Series LTE (E402), Boron LTE, B Series B402 SoM, Tracker T402 SoM, or Electron LTE (ELC402) (LTE Cat M1), and BRN310 devices are experiencing delays in SIM activations and deactivations.
