One of our cellular network partners will perform a scheduled network routing upgrade to improve the performance and long-term stability of cellular connectivity.
Start: Monday, November 2, 2026, 12:00 AM PST (08:00 UTC) End (estimated): Monday, November 2, 2026, 8:00 AM PST (16:00 UTC)
Scope: Only the following Particle SKUs may be affected. All other cellular devices and Wi-Fi devices are not affected.
LTE Cat M1 (North America): Boron LTE (BRN402), B-Series SoM (B402), Tracker SoM (T402), Tracker One (ONE402), E-Series LTE (E402), Electron LTE (ELC402)
2G/3G and LTE Cat 1: Boron 2G/3G (BRN310), B-Series SoM (B523), Tracker SoM (T523), Tracker One (ONE523), E-Series (E313)
Impact: No major data service interruptions are expected. Some devices may briefly disconnect and reconnect while their routes move. Devices reconnect on their own, and no action is needed.
We will post updates here as the maintenance progresses. If you see connectivity problems after the maintenance window, please contact Particle Support.
