We were unable to complete the update of telephony settings on the targeted devices during the maintenance window. We will look for the next opportunity to perform the update and communicate ahead the next scheduled maintenance.

Particle will be conducting scheduled maintenance on January 27 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm PST to update telephony settings. During this time, devices may experience brief intermittent disruptions. Specifically, these disruptions will include
- Some publish messages may not be sent and received
- Electron G350, U260, U270, and E Series 3G Global will reconnect with their carrier

To minimize disruption, we request avoiding performing over-the-air updates, updating devices using the console, and using the API service.

Throughout the maintenance window, we will provide continuous updates at and will make all efforts to complete these updates as quickly as possible.
