One of our cellular connectivity partners has scheduled maintenance on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 01:00 AM PST and ending at 01:15 AM PST

During this window, SIM provisioning services may experience an interruption of up to 10 minutes. This may impact operations such as SIM management actions (e.g., activation, deactivation, or metadata updates) and initial device onboarding (first boot and network registration).

All other services are expected to remain unaffected. We will monitor the situation closely and provide updates if necessary.
