One of our upstream carrier partners will be performing emergency network maintenance that may affect cellular connectivity for Particle devices using EtherSIM in the United States.

Scope: Only Particle SKUs that rely on EtherSIM for cellular connectivity are potentially affected.

During the maintenance window, affected devices may experience intermittent cellular data connectivity, including brief disconnections, delayed cloud messages, or temporary difficulty re-establishing a session. Devices are expected to reconnect automatically once service is restored, and no action is required from customers.

Our team, together with our carrier partner, will monitor the maintenance closely to minimize impact. We will post updates here if anything changes.
