On Tuesday, the 18th of February our provider for Gen 2 (2G/3G) cellular service will conduct maintenance on the APN used to connect to the cellular network. Impact is expected to be minimal, with devices only affected once new cloud sessions are established. Rollover will complete within 72 hours when cloud keys are refreshed.

We expect that this maintenance will resolve a quality of service degradation associated with a subset of 2G/3G devices.
