Monitoring

Devices have reconnected and we are monitoring their reconnection behavior. The API has returned to normal latency levels.

Investigating

Most devices that had faced an intermittent connectivity issue have recovered, but we are continuing to investigate root cause. We are investigating a concurrent increase in API latency as well.
