Drop in metric for Integration Traffic

The graph labeled "Integration Traffic" on the Fleet Health page of the Console for enterprise products showed a false drop of events between 3:25pm and 3:45pm PST. All Particle events were delivered normally during that period for enterprise and self-service products. Only the count of events shown on the "Integration Traffic" graph was affected.
