A number of SIM activation/deactivation requests made this morning were delayed due to an issue with a scheduling application. This was resolved by our team at 9AM PST. SIM activation/deactivation requests made during the affected time period have since completed. We are actively engaged in improvements designed to prevent this issue from reocurring.
