One of our cellular connectivity partners has scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Thursday, July 17, 2025, 8:00 PM PDT

During this window, SIM provisioning services may experience intermittent delays. This may impact operations such as SIM management actions (e.g., activation, deactivation, or metadata updates) and initial device onboarding (first boot and network registration).

All other services are expected to remain unaffected. We will monitor the situation closely and provide updates if necessary.
