One of our cellular network partners will perform a scheduled network routing upgrade to improve the performance and long-term stability of cellular connectivity.

End (estimated): Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 8:00 AM PST (16:00 UTC)

Scope: Only the following Particle SKUs may be affected. All other cellular devices and Wi-Fi devices are not affected.

Boron: BRN404, BRN314
B-Series SoM: B404, B504, B524
E-Series: E404, E314
Electron: ELC404, ELC314
M-SoM: M404, M524
Muon: MUON404, MUON524
Tracker SoM: T404, T524
Tracker One: ONE404, ONE524
Monitor One: MON404, MON524

Impact: No major data service interruptions are expected. Some devices may briefly disconnect and reconnect while their routes move. Devices reconnect on their own, and no action is needed.
